This morning drive to Cameron Highland, located at 1542 metres above sea level and noted for its tea plantations and cool temperatures. Stop on the way for a visit to see the cottage industry of basket weaving followed by Lata Iskandar Waterfall and a native settlement. Immerse in the cool, crisp air of Cameron Highlands with its wonderful scenery. Your tour of Cameron Highlands consists of the tea plantation, a tea factory, a market place and a butterfly farm.

Day 2: Cameron Highlands to Penang
Set off this morning to Penang. Stop at the royal town of Kuala Kangsar to appreciate the mesmerizing Ubudiah Mosque. Discover interesting handicrafts here whilst embarking on an exciting river cruise. Visit the unique process of keris (dagger) making, the Sultan Azlan Shah Gallery and the Labu Sayong Center. Drive across to Penang, better known as the “Pearl of the Orient” via one of the longest bridges in the world.

Day 3: Georgetown Sightseeing
Enjoy a city, culture and heritage tour of the UNESCO site of Georgetown. You will visit the 3rd longest reclining Buddha figure in the world and Kek Lok Si Temple, the largest Buddhist temple complex in SouthEast Asia. You will also enjoy a breezy trishaw ride, a still popular mode of transport in Georgetown. In the late evening, explore the nightlife along Batu Ferringhi, Penang style!

Day 4: Drive to Kelantan
This morning travel west to east overland across the Malaysian Peninsular through the main mountain range, which offers breathtaking views of the dense tropical rainforest whilst journeying through villages and plantations. En route, you will make a photo stop on Banding Island with its scenic view of the famous Temenggor Lake. You will also stop at the highest mountain point on this route which overlooks the Thai and Malaysian border, before continuing to reach Kelantan.

Day 5: Journey From Kota Bahru to Terengganu
Continue your Malaysia tour package itinerary by visiting the colourful market of Kota Bharu and the traditional cottage industries such as silver handicraft, songket weaving and traditional Wau (kite) making. Then, drive along the scenic coastline southward towards Kuala Terengganu, tasting some keropok, a popular dish consisting of chips made of fish or prawns. After, you will head to your hotel to check in for the evening.

Day 6: Journey to Kuantan
This morning you will drive to Kuantan. Stop in the heritage city of Kuala Terengganu to visit Pulau Duyong and the Islamic Civilization Park. Head further south towards Cherating where you will stop at a scenic coastal fishing village and visit a turtle information centre, followed by an afternoon tea break. Your final stop will be at a Batik Gallery, Malaysia’s famous art textile made from wax using a hand-block technique.

Day 7: Departure From Kuala Lumpur
Today is the last day of your Malaysia tour package itinerary. After breakfast, drive back to Kuala Lumpur. En route stop at the historic town of Sungai Lembing. Stop at a hanging bridge for a scenic view and visit Sungai Lembing Museum, dedicated to the memories of the heydays of Sungai Lembing as a town with the largest and deepest subterranean tin mine in the world. Continue to experience the museum on foot and visit the underground tunnel once known as the ‘El Dorado of the East’.
